DATED : 3rd DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant/appellant is is claiming stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 11th November 2019 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.426 of 2013.

The case of the applicant is that it has got good case on merits and the judgment of the Tribunal is based on erroneous interpretation of facts and law. Hence, stay is sought. Counsel for the applicant make a statement that the applicant shall deposit the entire decretal amount along with the interest calculated upto 31st December 2021 within a period of four weeks before the Tribunal at Pune.

2/2 14 IA 3143-20.odt Subject to the aforesaid statement being honored and the amount as agreed, being deposited within a period of four weeks, there shall be stay to the effect and implementation of the impugned judgment.
