Perused the Affidavit of Shri Tushar Ekanath Thombre, the then Deputy Collector, Resettlement, Collector Office, Pune and the copy of his order dated 8th September, 2014, which is annexed to the Affidavit. Though the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has something to say about the correctness of the said order, it is found that the order of this Court dated 18th March, 2013 has been substantially complied with. Hence, no case is made out to proceed with the Contempt Notice. The Contempt Notice is discharged. Needless to state that it will be open for the Petitioner to Borey 1/2

spb/ 2CP653-14 challenge the order of the Dy. Collector (Resettlement) Pune dated 8th September, 2014 in accordance with law. The Contempt Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
