Having heard Mr. Mundargi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and in response to the above Mr. Venegavkar learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1/CBI has placed on record, the written communication dated 10th August, 2023 signed by the Head of Branch Central Bureau of Investigation, Anti Corruption Branch, Pune, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The said communication is addressed by Head of Branch, Central Bureau of Investigation, Anti Corruption Branch Pune to the Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration(Bol), Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi intimating that there is no Amol D. Nawale

19.wp.1449.2023.doc need to continue the said look out circular dated 18th October, 2019 issued to the Petitioner.

In view of aforesaid, nothing survives in this Petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

As suggested by the counsel for the Petitioner, we expect the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Immigration to issue consequential instructions to the Immigration Officers in the country expeditiously.
