The petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to register offence in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 16th March, 2017. Mrs.Pai, learned APP for the State, on the basis of the instructions of the officer concerned who is present before the Court, states that, in the event, the petitioner approaches the Station-House Officer of Deonar Police Station, his statement would be recorded and appropriate action would be taken. The statement is accepted. 3.
