Let this Petition be considered as a representation of the petitioner to grant time to comply with the order and direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and till then postpone the Auction sale.

This order is passed because it is stated that the Auction sale proposed on 27 March 2018 has now been postponed. 4.

We are of the opinion that instead of keeping this Petition pending and calling for any undertaking from the petitioner to this Court would be a sheer waste of time. Hence the request that the petitioner makes to this Court can very well be made to the Competent Authority. In the circumstances and the direction that the petitioner's representation be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from today, on receipt of a copy of this order, this Petition stands disposed of. If the Petitioner has filed any appeal and that is pending before Collector and District Magistrate, Satara / Divisional Commissioner, Pune, even that be disposed of within the above period.
