This criminal application is moved for modification of the condition No.5(I) imposed at the time of granting bail by order of this Court dated 30.10.2014 in bail application Nos.2199 of 2014 and 2201 of 2014. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/accused pointed out that by condition No.(I), the Court prohibited the applicants/accused from entering the area of Malegaon Taluka, District Nasik save and except the sole purpose of attending the Sessions Court at Malegaon. She submitted that since 30.10.2014 till today, the order is followed scrupulously by all the applicants/accused. She prays for relaxation of this condition. 1 / 2

Learned Prosecutor has submitted that there is no adverse report from the police against these applicants/accused. 4.
