The learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts that the Petitioner has filed a separate Writ Petition challenging the order cancelling the license. In the Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays that the action be initiated in respect of the complaints. The complaints are with regard to the hearing during the process of cancellation of license. 2.

The Petitioner can raise all the grounds available to him and the grievances in the petition filed by him challenging the cancellation of license.
