The petition is filed for the following relief: "(b) By grant of appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct Respondent No.1 to immediately consider and decide and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation which is in-in-warded with Respondent No.1 on 05.03.2018 (Exhibit "C" to the Petition)"

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that direction may be issued to respondent No.1 to decide his representation expeditiously.

In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1 to

Mhi WP-3961-18.doc decide the representation dated 5.3.2018 (copy of which is annexed as Exhibit "C" at page 22 of the petition) as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter. Respondent No.1 shall decide the said representation independently, on its merits and in accordance with law. It is also made clear that the said representation shall be decided after hearing all the concerned parties.

In order to enable Respondent No.1 to comply with this order, the petitioners shall remain present before Respondent No.1 on 23.4.2018 at 11.00 a.m. along with a copy of this order as well as the copy of the said representation.
