This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Civil Application No.38 of 2019. The said Civil Application has been dismissed by order dated 8th November 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The Civil Application was dismissed by conditional order of learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which two weeks time was granted to supply copies for issuing notices to the Respondents, failing which the Civil Application was directed to be dismissed. 3.

In view of above, the Interim Application is allowed in 1/2
