By this Writ Petition, Petitioner is challenging the orders dated 20.10.2015, 20.03.2015 and 17.12.2013 passed by Trial Court rejecting the Petitioner's Application to set aside the nocross order. It is to be noted that in the present proceedings, initially the no-cross order was passed on 17.12.2013. Thereafter, the Petitioner preferred Application for setting aside the said order. That was rejected by order dated 11.11.2014. Thereafter, again the Petitioner made Application below Exhibit-8. Same was rejected by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane on Mohite 1/2

901 wp7909-16.doc 20.03.2015. Again the Petitioner made another Application for same cause of action and same was rejected on 17.12.2017 (Exhibit-D on page 27A). This itself shows that Petitioner is not interested to cross-examine the other side.

Considering these facts, I do not find any substance in the present Writ Petition.

Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected.
