It appears that as the applicant failed to supply spare copies of the interim application, within four weeks as directed by the Registrar, Judicial-II, the petitioner's interim application came to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the aforesaid interim application, the interim application is allowed. The order dated 12th March, 2021 is recalled and the Interim Application being No.3188 of 2020 is restored back to its original file.

Delay, if any, in filing the said application stands condoned. 6.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
