The order dated 14-1-2015 passed by the Learned District Judge-1, Raigad, District Alibag, granting stay pending the Appeal, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

It is not necessary to interdict with the said order, however it is clarified that the Defendants i.e. the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein would maintain the status-quo as on date in respect of the suit property. The hearing of the Appeal in question being Civil Appeal No.117 of 2013 is expedited. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
