This application is for restoration of Writ Petition (ST) No.17156 of 2016 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 17.11.2016 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) for non removal of office objections.

Ms.Kanchan Chaurasia, applicant party in person submits that she undertakes to remove office objections within six weeks from today. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

13 caw1373-17 the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Order dated 17.11.2016 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

b) Writ Petition (ST) No.17156 of 2016 is restored on file.

c) The applicant is directed to remove all office objections within six weeks, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
