This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 27/10/2015 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Mazgaon at Sewree, thereby acquitting the accused in C.C. No. 699/SS/2014 for offence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of 135 days.
