The communication issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation (Local Body Tax) to the Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, Mulund dated 12th August, 2015 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The said letter records that under the Amnesty scheme, the Petitioner has deposited requisite amount and therefore, the order of attachment of the account of the Petitioner has been withdrawn.
