By this Civil Application, applicant-acquiring body is seeking condonation of 101 days delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the Judgment and Award dated 2nd September, 2014 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in L.A.R. No. 85 of 2008. 3.

Office notes shows that, Civil Application stands dismissed against respondent No.1/claimant by an order dated 14th August, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 4.
