After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that two children of the applicant are at the mercy of parents of deceased and therefore, seeks expeditious trial.

2) Learned Sessions Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose off the sessions case as expeditiously as possible. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
