The grievance of the Petitioners is that though they have filed an application in 2007, asking the Tahasildar to enter his name in the 7 x 12 extract, that application has not been decided by the Respondents so far. 2.

Since this being the only grievance of the Petitioners, the writ petition

can be conveniently disposed of by directing Tahasildar to decide the Petitioners' application on merits and in accordance with law and in any case, within a period of eight weeks after giving hearing to the Petitioners. 3.
