It appears that as many as 6 offences have been registered against the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, there are vague allegations and fake FIR has been registered against him. In all probability, all the offences might have been investigated by the concerned police officer. It is difficult to grant any relief in the writ jurisdiction when the investigation was in progress in the year 2016. At the relevant time, the Petition was pre-mature and such reliefs cannot be granted. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
