The above Civil Application has been filed for being permitted to withdraw the amount that is deposited by the Respondents in this Court pursuant to the order dated 06/05/2015 passed in the above Civil Revision Application. The said amount is the accumulation of the rent as per the directions contained in the said order to deposit interim compensation at Rs.700/- per month. It seems that the rent for the suit premises is Rs.30/- per month. Hence the entitlement of the Applicants/landlord to the deposited amount would hinge upon the outcome of the above Civil Revision Application. It is therefore not possible to grant the relief sought by the above Civil Application. The above Civil Application is accordingly rejected. However, the Registry is directed to invest the amount lying in the deposit in a fixed deposit lgc
