This Criminal Writ Petition is filed on 06.04.2015 challenging the judgment of the Sessions Judge, Raigad in the Criminal Appeal. Consistently from 26.10.2016, the Counsel for the Petitioner is absent. On 02.02.2017, this Court noted the absence of the Counsel and further on 18.01.2018 also the Petitioner as well as Respondent are marked as absent. The matter was referred for mediation and the report of mediation has been put up before the Court on 18.01.2018 and it was informed to this Court that the mediation between the parties has failed. Again on 14.02.2018, nobody represented the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Today when the matter is listed, none present for the Petitioner or the Respondent, neither the petitioner and Respondent are present in this Court. In Sneha Chavan 1/2
