Having regard to the fact that the investigation into FIR No. 77 of 2017 and FIR No. 78 of 2017 lodged by the respondent no.2 and the petitioner respectively is going on, there is no warrant to interfere in the writ jurisdiction of this Court at this stage. We are, therefore, not in a position to consider the prayer that no case for offences punishable under Sections 341, 143, 147, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.
2.
It would be contingent upon the final report that the police would file, that the petitioner can take appropriate recourse in law. With the observations as aforesaid, the writ petitions are disposed of. (SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J) (SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J) (R.M. SAVANT, J) (R.M. SAVANT, J)
