By this Application sent through jail, the Applicant seeks expeditious disposal of the aforesaid Appeal. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has been convicted and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for ten years and has already served out five years of his sentence.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and the Appeal to be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 8th August, 2016.
