Petitioner filed the Application raising issue of maintainability of another Criminal Application seeking cancellation of Bail. Learned Trial Court by way of impugned order has treated the Application as say on the main Application. 2.

In my opinion, filing of Application to raise issue of maintainability of another Interim Application is not permissible. Therefore, Trial Court rightly treated said Application as a reply to Application for cancellation of Bail.

In my opinion, impugned order cannot be termed as perverse nor there is any miscarriage of justice. Petition cannot be entertained.
