As per the order dated 11th December 2018 the learned Registrar Judicial-II was pleased to abate the Appeal against deceased Respondent Nos.5 and 6A. So also three weeks time is granted to take steps to serve Respondent No.4.

This Civil Application is filed for setting aside the said order. The legal representatives are already on record in the Second Appeal. Yet there is no order passed in the Second Appeal. 4.

In view of above statement, Respondent No.6B to 6D be considered as the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.6A. In view of above, the order of abatement against Respondent No.6A is set aside. Necessary amendment be made in all Applications within a period of two weeks. Delay is condoned.
