This is an application filed by the applicant through Jail seeking early disposal of his Appeal being Criminal Appeal No.253 of 2015.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been in custody for more than 4 years.

Since the applicant has been in custody, since the date of his arrest and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed.

Registry to add the aforesaid appeal to the Final Hearing Board of the Appeals, where the accused are in jail, in the week commencing from 25th July, 2016.

All connected Appeals of the co-accused be listed with the aforesaid appeal.
