1-wp-4197-17 Tahsildar, Thane, is present in the court. Based on the said communication, it is submitted by the learned AGP that the impugned notices issued to the petitioners stand withdrawn and the respondents would take necessary steps thereafter in accordance with law.

We direct the respondents to verify the record and in case certain revenue dues are due from the petitioners, then to take necessary steps in accordance with law. In case some of the petitioners paid excess revenue, then that issue shall be looked into by the respondents. 3.
