In view of the undertaking, the order dated 27th January, 2016 passed by the learned Special Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai in Criminal Appeal No. 696 of 2015 and the order dated 13th July, 2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri, Mumbai are hereby quashed and set aside.
