DATE : 12th AUGUST, 2021 (THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCE) P.C:- Mr.Anbhule, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 on instruction states that the Committee appointed by the respondent no.2 University has considered the case of the petitioner sympathetically and has agreed to permit the petitioner to appear for the last semester examination proposed to be held in this month. It is further agreed that all the mark-sheets for the examination already held including the last semester if not issued, would be issued to the petitioner on payment of fine of Rs.1000/- within one week from the date of paying of such fine.

It is stated that the mark-sheet for the final year semester also shall be issued to the petitioner after the examination for the last semester is over as and when the results are declared within a short period thereafter. The statements made by the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that her client shall pay the fine of Rs.1,000/- to the respondent no.2 University within one week from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statements made by the parties as recorded aforesaid, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. 5.
