Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent withdrew the Special Civil Suit No. 1131/2013 on 23.09.2016. He submits that in the present proceedings, they challenge the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division Pune below Exhibit- 5 in Special Civil Suit No. 1131/2013. He submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
