P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length and after taking into consideration the antecedents at the discredit of the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 21 of 2016 registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 55 of 2017, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
