The application is seeking conditional bail of 60 days. By Judgment & Order dated 8.7.2009, the applicant was convicted under Sections 396 and 342 of IPC by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati Pune in Sessions Case jfoanz vkacsjdj 1 of 2

1. cri appa 507-17.doc No. 101 of 2007. Being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred Criminal Appeal No. 904 of 2009. This Court by Judgment & Order dated 13.1.2015 dismissed the appeal. In this view of the matter, this Court is functus officio and it is not possible to consider the prayer of the applicant for bail. Hence, the application for bail is rejected.
