1] This is an application for modification of condition Nos.51(2) (ii) and 51(2)(iv) imposed upon the applicant while granting him bail by this Court by its Order dated 16th May 2018. 2] After perusing the record, this Court is of the considered view that the condition No.51(2)(ii) needs no modification, as the same has been imposed after taking into consideration of the attending circumstance of the present crime and the applicant is always at liberty 1/2

3] As far as condition No.51 (2)(iv) is concerned, the learned Special P.P., on instructions, submitted that, as on today the police have completed investigation and submitted chargesheet and the said condition may suitably be modified.

4] In view thereof, the applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the N.M.Joshi Marg Police Station, Mumbai, on every first Monday of the third month, i.e. four months in a year, between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon till conclusion of the trial. 5] Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
