Without prejudice to the rights and contentions, at this stage, we are inclined to dispose of present Civil Application as the Petitioners, (except those who have withdrawn the same) have alternate remedy to challenge the impugned order of termination which was stated to have been passed after filing of present Writ Petition. Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to invoke appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
