Insofar as bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 is concerned, there is already an order dated 08th June 2016 granting leave. The necessary amendment had to be carried out within 10 days. However, the same has not been carried out.

In the interest of justice, time limit for carrying out the amendment within a period of 10 days from today is the last chance. 3.

21-cac-140-2017 the respondent No.5 has expired on 05th February 2017. The Civil Application seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.5.

Taking into consideration the averments in the Civil Application leave is granted. The legal representatives of respondent No.5 are to be brought on record by amendment within 10 days from today. The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
