DATE : 24 AUGUST 2015 P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges orders made by the Trial Court and the Revisional Court refusing to expedite the hearing in L.E. & C. Suit No. 60/78 of 2012. Expedition was applied for on the ground that the respondent is causing nuisance in the suit premises. 2] The two Courts have rightly declined expedition. Accordingly, there is no jurisdictional error in the making of the impugned orders. This petition is dismissed.
