Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have started paying salary from June 2017 onwards. He further makes the grievance that the salary from November 2016 to May 2017 has not so far been paid. He has made a representation on 12th September, 2017 to the Education Inspector (South Division), Parel, Mumbai. Since the respondents have started paying the petitioner the salary from June 2017 onwards, the Education Inspector is requested to look into the grievance of the petitioner for 1/2

If the petitioner is entitled for the same, the arrears of the salary may be paid within a period of six weeks from the date of the decision of the representation. The representation dated 12th September 2017 may be decided within the period of 4 weeks from today. 2.
