The limited prayer in the Petition is for the Respondent-Bank to consider the OTS proposal of the Petitioners as per the Application dated 14-03-2014.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioners, if there is any such OTS proposal, the Respondent-Bank shall consider the same in accordance with law.

It is specifically observed that the consideration of the OTS proposal would not preclude the Executing Court in decide the Execution Application No.63 of 2001.

The Petition to stand disposed of.
