At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicant intends to approach the trial Court by filing an application after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
