2] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief and/or extend temporary bail, the learned counsel on instructions submitted that, the applicant will surrender before the concerned Jail on or before 11.00a.m. On 8th April 2019 and seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for regular bail. Leave and liberty granted.
