The criminal application is filed for bail pending disposal of the above appeal.

Earlier also, the applicant had filed criminal application Nos. 1664 of 2011 and 59 of 2013 for bail. After fully arguing the matters, the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

14 appa 510.17.doc same were withdrawn as the Court was inclined to reject those applications. However, the Court expedited the hearing of the appeal. No change in the circumstances are brought on record. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the criminal application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
