The application for suspension of sentence was rejected by this Court by order dated 22nd February, 2022 and hearing of appeal was expedited. It was further directed that the appeal be listed on board for final hearing as soon as the paper book is ready. Liberty was granted to the applicant to mention the matter for fixing it for final hearing as soon as the paper book is ready.
