Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Civil Application is preferred by the husband for stay of operation and implementation of the order dated 19/01/2012 in Petition No.A-2150 of 2005 passed by the Family Court directing him to pay the sum of Rs.7,000/- per month by way of permanent alimony to the Respondent - wife. As the Family Court Appeals filed by the wife as well as the husband are shown on the board for final hearing, we do not find any reason to entertain this Civil Application at this stage.
