The report is submitted by Pali Police Station, that the respondent in criminal Appeal No.623 of 2004, namely, Baban @ Tukaram Maruti Jadhav and Maruti Dagaduu Jadhav, are dead. The photocopy of the death certifcate has been annexed to the report. The original complainant had preferred Revision against order of acquittal. The same accused were impleaded as respondent nos.2 and 3. In view of the report, Appeal as well as Revision Application have become infrucutous and stand disposed of.
