By filing this Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner to run Restaurant cum Hookah 1/2

916. wp 4651.18.doc Parlour. According to the petitioner his application Exhibit 'E' is pending since 14/03/2018.

Having considered the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the petitioner's application is still pending and has not been decided, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this Petition by directing respondents No.1 & 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 14/03/2018 Exhibit 'E' as expeditiously as possible but not later on 4 weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before respondent No.1. The petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 on 07/05/2018 at 11.00 a.m.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
