Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application/representation before Respondent No.3 offering alternative land instead of the land under the impugned award. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the Petitioner preferred such an application/representation within a period of two weeks from today, the Respondent No.3 shall decide it in accordance with law on its own merit, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
