In all these three Petitions, the relief prayed for is that Respondent No.6 has not passed any order in Appeal No.61 of 2021 in Writ
501.wp.4860.2023.doc Petition No. 4860 of 2023, Appeal No. 60 of 2021 in Writ Petition No. 4862 of 2023 and Appeal No. 58 of 2021 in Writ Petition No. 4861 of 2023 that Appeals be not disposed by Respondent No.6 without giving a personal hearing to Petitioners. Ms. Solanki, on instructions, states that the Appeals in these three Petitions are listed to be heard before the Hon'ble Minister, Department of Marketing, on 10.04.2023 at 2.30 p.m. Ms. Solanki states Petitioners may appear for the personal hearing and make submissions.
Mr. Gite states petitioners will attend the personal hearing either in person or through their duly authorised Advocate / representative.
Should petitioners wish to file written submissions recording what had transpired during the personal hearing, they shall submit the same within three working days after the personal hearing. The order to be passed shall be a reasoned order dealing with every submission of petitioners.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of these matters.
