The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 on record and for condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application. The Respondent No.1 it seems has expired on 19-9-2012. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent NO.1 has informed the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner about the said date on 7-22015 and the instant application has thereafter been filed in March 2015. The Learned Counsel appearing for the original Respondent No.1 states that the heirs would also be represented by her i.e. M/s. N.N.Vaishnawa & Co. and that she has no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the heirs of the Respondent Nos.1 are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within tw weeks from date.
