In this Writ Petition the petitioners have challenged order dated 21 February 2018 passed below Exh.171 in Regular Civil Suit No.186 of 2001. Mr. Ashwin Pimpale, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners state that the Regular Civil Suit No.186 of 2001 is disposed of. He states that therefore, nothing survives in this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed is granted. 2.
