P.C.:- This is an Application for further modification of Order dated 10th August, 2015.

By an Order dated 20th March, 2015, this Court had directed the Applicant to report Kasturba Marg Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday. By an Order dated 10th August, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No. 494 of 2015, the said condition was relaxed and the Applicant was directed to report to the Kasturba Marg Police Station on first Sunday of every month. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the 1/2

ssm 2 30-appp505.17.sxw trial of the present case has already began and the prosecution has, as of today, examined in all 5 witnesses. The learned APP submitted that 10 more witnesses remained to be examined in support of its case.

In view thereof, the condition to report Kasturba Marg Police Station, on every first Sunday of every month is hereby relaxed and the Applicant is directed to attend the Kasturba Marg Police Station on every first Sunday of every third month from today till conclusion of trial.

The Applicant shall also attend all the dates of the Trial Court.
